Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice will be charged the price of the service booked or a minimum of $50.

No Show Policy 

Appointments will be charged at 100% of the service booked.

Cancelling and rescheduling appointments prior to 24 hours will incur no fee.

Please call the salon at 978-372-9011 to cancel or reschedule. This is the only way to guarantee we receive the message.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with any service, you may rebook within 7 days of the original service. We will do our best to satisfy your concerns. The policy does not cover a change in the original style or color.
